Can someone identify this Diamond Disc?

It's one of the Long Play machines with the center part of the grille missing. It's more than likely the smallest of the three that look pretty much alike. The grille should like like the one pictured below

I thought it might be a long play model, but knew it didn't look quite right.

Those are pretty--It should look a lot better fixed up. Hopefully someone saves it.
