Thanks very much, this was also the closest image I found via Google image search. However unfortunately not the identical machine.

Just a little backstory (do not want to go totally nuclear all at once) - its a photo from a Swedish scammer. I thought that Sweden was a superbly honest country?

In discecting the anatomy of this scam, there are many interesting facets - but more later after I have obtained and checked all the facts.
