A couple Zon-O-Phone questions

I have a nice little Zonophone Concert, (I think that it’s a Concert). My brake lever is missing and the felt is shot. I can scale the lever from some images and machine one up, but I am wondering how thick the lever is. The first picture is for reference.

My other question is, what color is the felt?

Thanks in advance.

I had one just like that and as I recall the brake lever was approx. the same thickness as the flat body of the crank - maybe ⅛". It pushes against a spring steel arm that has a leather pad on the end, which in turn, contacts the raised rim on the bottom of the platter when tripped. This is from memory, so I hope it helps...

The felt on mine was light green (if it was original)...

Hello,
The original lever on my concert Zon-O-Phone is about .110" thick. The pad on the end of the spring appears to be leather rather than felt.
Hope this helps.

Thank you both for the help. The only parts that are missing are the lever and screw.

The new brake lever is complete, installed and working as it should. The correct reproducer has been rebuilt rebuilt and installed, the motor cleaned and adjusted and the felt has been replaced.

The little machine runs well, the motor is quiet and the performance is surprisingly good. It’s a nice little machine. The cabinet and back bracket are as found and excellent. I found this one locally when I wasn’t looking for another machine.
