The rough translation is:

One day my doctor told me I was too fat, and told me to correct this problem I must take milk bath.

The milk of Mardeille is better than the milk of Normandy.

While I bath I strech my legs and arms & move around fast.

After some time It became much harder to move but I tried to continue,

After more time It was impossible to move,now I know why from this milk I made butter.
