Up for sale is this beautiful VV-XXV “Schoolhouse”.
This machine runs beautifully and quiet and has such a beautiful pattern to its quarter sawn oak.
The color looks darker inside but is certainly brighter in abundant natural light.
Exhibition soundbox is included PLUS this newly rebuilt Improved Concert if you want to get things a tad louder to reach the students in the back of the class…
Also included is a variety of Victor Taking Machine Company Division of Education books. Two of the books contain wonderful photos of the VV-XXV in use in it’s intended environment doing what it does best.

Unfortunately shipping for these items is unavailable and must be picked up directly. Clean smoke free home. I would prefer to sell all items in one bundle I believe the asking price is appropriate for all.

I reside in New Bedford Massachusetts.

You can PM me or message me privately on my cell of 508-525-6240 with any questions.

All photos have been taken today and uploaded in the property orientation. They should straighten out when enlarged. Thank you all. Mike

I have to agree. It wasn't too long ago that these were selling in the $4k - $5K range. This one is in great shape and the wood graining is beautiful.

Per request of a forum member I am posting these new photos of the motor and motor board latch operating correctly.
Also, while “under the hood” I found the original lubrication point paper as well as a “certificate of repair and inspection” from “The Knight-Campbell Music Co.” (Denver, Colorado) It looks like it was serviced in 1929 as well as 1930 by them.
It’s amazing the journey these machines take from one end of the country to the other during its life.
I thought it important to share.
