Victor 5 and Late D Back Bracket Scrolling

I have a question that hopefully some of you all can help with. I am in the process of restoring a Victor 5 and a late Victor D (virtually same case as the 5, but with the old bevel drive motor and oval speed control). I know the Victor 6 back bracket doesn't have any blue accents in the scrolling, and the 3, 4, and M have blue accents, and the 1 and 2 don't have the blue My question is, since the 5 and D used the same bracket as the 6, did they also not have any blue scrolling?

Thanks all.

My early style D has the same decoration as the III, (blue and gold).

I assume your D is still the 10" turntable?

According to “the Victor Data Book, the D always had the 12” turntable, (the MS had a 10”). The book also says that it should have the tapered tone arm, which makes sense since the MS received the tapered arm in April of 1903 and the first D didn’t ship until September of 1903.
