Mahogany Herzog cabinet for $500...this is 120 years old so it's got a few bruises but nothing big or bad at all...looks to be original darkened finish. Located in NE Iowa near Waterloo. These used to sell for over $2000...I know...I sold a couple for $2250 each.
Please note: if you click on the pics they will right themselves...

Also listing an old original Victor Victrola sign in another ad.

Please reply here or even a phone call...just don't check Private Messages much....thanks, Craig

Would it be feasible, do you think, to get the cabinet from Iowa to the DC suburbs?

If that seems practical/possible, what are the inside dimensions of the interior compartments? Would they accept storage boxes 14.75" deep X 15-and-an-eighth" tall? If not that, 13.25" square? (I guess overall dimensions wouldn't be amiss, either.)

Thanks. To be honest, I'm not sure I can rejigger my space to fit it, but if the answers to those questions are "yes" I'll put my mind to it!

With the bowed front it would fit 14" square boxes...no more. As far as getting it there...I really don't know but there are some pretty helpful people on this forum if you're not in a big hurry and it sure wouldn't hurt to spread the word and ask.

I've looked, and puzzled, and scratched my head, and pondered, and I just don't see any way I can fit it into my space, at least not for now (that might change if I ever get my act together to sell some pianos). Sorry about that--but just didn't want to leave you hanging.
