Many thanks for posting this. It's also interesting to note that while the song was penned in 1927, it wasn't introduced to the public until 1930 --

... which also features one of the worst acting performances by a leading man in film history, coupled with a dismal/depressing ending.
Still, Harry Richman does a great job with the song, although I could do without all those "doo, doos." It also features an interracial--albeit segregated--cast of energetic dancers, along with dancing/swaying buildings.
