The Double Action Repeater

Similar to The Gold Seal Phonograph Repeater is this, The Double Action Repeater. I do not recall what auction I grabbed these images from. I have not seen this style before. May be a knock-off of the Gold Seal or another product by them? Whatever it is, I thought I'd post it.
