Shamelessly tooting my own horn (of neither the morning glory nor witch's hat persuasion), I'd like to mention that TNT-Audio published my latest article last weekend; it's inspired by a Victor advertisement from World War I and includes a link to a video of a Victrola VV IX playing some related records of the period. Nice article. I’ve got a mahogany Victrola IX from 1915 with the new legs. And no automatic stop :(

It’s fun to play “Good Morning Mr. Zip Zip” by Arthur Fields on it. Better than a Time Machine!
