That's a pot metal reproducer, but it looks to be in good condition. BTW, you can easily spot a brass reproducer because, unlike the pot metal version, the housing of the needle-bar's pivot assembly is attached to the front plate, and is normally black or dark colored. The housing of the pivot bar assembly for the pot metal version is molded as part of the front plate.
Also, the brass sound box has seven "teardrop" openings in the front, while the pot metal version has nine.

It looks very nice. It has a metal horn, which reproduces very good sound like midsize HMV re-entrant horn.

It looks a bit rough, with missing front door knobs, among other issues.
