Unfortunately, the Cylinder I had found through the forum did not work out, as it had shrunk and the wax wouldn't contact the stylus. I am grateful that the same member sent me (at no charge) another cylinder that had a repaired crack. This allowed me to confirm all is well with the Concert Player, however it is my only cylinder and plays with a crack on every rotation.

If anybody has a 5" preferably Edison Concert or Columbia Grand cylinder they would be so kind as to part with, I will be glad to pay a fair price. I prefer a song to orchestra, but am willing to work with anything. I would really love to be able to demonstrate this machine and am only lacking a cylinder, to do so.

If you have not seen the post on my project, I purchased a Concert, less the case as a project machine. I took it down to the frame, cleaned, repaired and replace as needed and put it together in an extra Triumph B case I had. Still working on an appropriate horn, but it is now working great. I'd like to have the proper case but I'm pleased to have it working well as it is. Just need one good cylinder.

Thank you. Dan
