Been working this week in the factory making blanks, attemting to get caugh up, still dont own any of my records yet, well one, kinda , but I cant play ,it, for it is the master to an upcoming movie, so it its safe, in its metal can, and if the movie is a sucess, no doubt will be too valuable to keep. Yesterday was a good one, 20 blanks in a day, the most I ever did was 44 blanks, and it was in Puerto Rico, on location at the Latin America Art festival. They keep getting better, better tone, more playing time, lower surface nise and precision fit.

Nice job on the heated #51 recording!
Glad to hear that the next layer down was
quieter.

Just goes to show that the blanks do sound better after seasoning from six months to a year, ill come over and show you how a sal soda batch is made. I did some tests with the modified copper diaphragm, the domed center relly recorded S and T and Ch sounds clearly, and put the gutteral intelligabillity and it has such a natural sound, about the same as a direct recorded blue amberol, the sweet temp is 95-97 degrees, so critical for loud, clear recordings. I have gotten studio results with my experiments, and beyond. I have acoustically recorded below 100 cycles. An impossible feat according to the "experts". Ha ha.
