1907 Graphophone Warranty paper

Picked this up on Ebay recently for $50.00. The way the economy is I'm not buying machines for awhile. LOL
The certificate is in decent shape except for the fold / creases over 100 year but it is still an interesting piece in presentable shape.
I don't normally buy paper but this is something I have never seen before in the 25 years I've been collecting so I had to have it.
Has anyone else on this board seen anything similar??
This was issued on Feb. 9. 1907 in the city of Lancaster Pa. to the new owner of a Graphophone Disc Type BN.
It's funny to see the disclaimer stating (the presence of rust on the metal parts of a Graphophone is absolute proof that the instrument has been affected by dampness and in such case we will not be responsible for damage to the interior or exterior of the Graphophone resulting therefrom.)
Don't you just love attorneys!!
