I got situation similar to when I got my Standard Style X machine 5 years ago, Jerry B gave me a what would be half of an external horn disc machine without a crank or a horn/tonearm combo (also missing the bottom of a case)

I see no labels on the case so I’m thinking this was part of someone’s Frankenphone project?
The motor in the case looks like something from a later portable but is branded MOTOR on the motor…

Can I possibly finish this project and get a tonearm crank and horn for this?

I see 'QUALITY' on the motor, which makes me think it's a Heinemann ('The Motor of Quality'). Did they have a model named 'Victor'? Would VTMCo have allowed that?

The central letters say MOTOR not VICTOR. It is the well known round seal of Heinemann motors. I'm trying to find a number or something in the photos. It's like the seal they used on records but writing RECORD instead of MOTOR

Correct.

Ok I looked closely at inside the cabinet and I noticed this IMPORTANT label I had inside my standard model X machine…could have this been a Standard model A, Harmony, or Aretino case now with a Heinemann motor to replace the Columbia motor with the exposed spring?

It may be easier to identify if you showed a photo of the whole thing and not just close-ups.
