A rather interesting piece. A piece of what, I don't know.

The challenge would be to name the individual machines the parts came from...

If I had $1,100.00 burning a hole in my pocket, this would not be the item I would be chomping at the bit to get into a bidding war over and spend it on...

(Unless there is some valuable and/or rare cannibalized part here that I am not aware of.)
JMO, of course...

Indeed! The cabinet started life as a Magnavox amplifier from the 1921-23 era. Intact they're kind of uncommon.

Certainly a very imaginative form of CRAPONOLA !! Was the 4 on the inside of the horn, put there deliberately to match up with the number on the Victor Reproducer, in order to fool some unsuspecting buyer, that this Cobbled together Contraption was somehow legit ??
At least this seller is not making any statements that this piece of crap is some priceless original phonograph. In spite of that some crazy person obviously shelled out big bucks for it.

I saw this piece of crap in another forum. All it takes are two idiots in a bidding war. I'll bet the owner is laughing his a$$ off to the bank.

This is truly horrifying

. I hope the buyer finds out what a mistake he or she has made, and is somehow able to recoup their loss.
