This is a brand new unpainted aluminum replacement record reverse arm for the Capehart 16-E record changer.

This is an exact replica to replace this often broken part.

The arm is bored for the reverse arm shaft and the two 6-32 holes for the upright are threaded. To complete the installation you will need to ream the #2/0 taper pin hole to fit the shaft on your machine. The hole in the new arm is tapered and undersized to allow for reaming and fitting to your 16-E changer.
We can pre-ream the hole but it is recommended that you ream it on-site for the ideal fit. #2/0 reamers are readily available for about $20 if you don’t own one. I have some available to send with your new arm.
The arm includes a new taper pin and full instructions for reaming and installing the new arm. The arm is unpainted and ready for painting so you can match it to the color of your changer. The brown or black wrinkle paint color can vary by year and aging.

For those not familiar with Capehart, this arm is responsible for turning the record over to play the reverse side. Pictured below is an original arm in a machine. The reverse arm is often broken when removing the heavy changer from the cabinet.
