I have nothing financial to gain in my recommendation, but if you've never heard this record, you'll be very pleasantly surprised how fine it really is ! It isn't common either.

How was this recording originally used? Did they play it over the air for people to hear on their current radio? Did they play it in the Victor store to help sell radios?
I found a recording of it on YT that I listened to. It's kind of an infomercial. It could sort of be used to demonstrate the quality of an Orthophonic model player. I have a 1934 recording of Star Dust by Paul Whiteman on a VE pressing that I usually use for visitors to hear how good my VE 8-30 sounds.

I assume that this disc was sent to Victor dealers, to assist in their sales presentations, to be played for prospective radio customers . I'm sure some folks here would know for sure.

This record is frequently found with the RE-45 and RE-75.
Hear this record reproduced on the 1927 Victor 9-55 in this thread in the Machines section.
