I wonder what these metal rods on the side of the case and on/at the tonearm are supposed to be? Does anyone have any better pictures of this? It is quite creative. I wonder if it works?

I think that may be the speed adjustment apparatus/contraption.

Good question, is it a crapophone or a frankenphone, or maybe a mixture of both?
