Here's an early 3-spring motor, speed control, brake and lift knob-- mounted on a 12 ½" x 12 ½" mahogany motorboard.
This came out of a VV-XVIII, but may fit other models.. The Gold plate is in really nice condition.
Motor has been cleaned and lightly lubed.-- Springs were not removed from barrels. I opened each barrel and springs were dry-- no caked grease. I added lube. The motor runs well.
