Is someone reproducing these cranks??? Sure Looks new to me.

It looks new to me. These cranks have definitely been reproduced in the past. I bought one about nine years ago for a Columbia AG that came without a crank. That repro crank came from a fellow collector rather than a parts dealer, so I don't know when it was actually made. It looks to me like the tone arm support might be a repro also. Seems extremely clean compared to the tone arm itself.
It also seems to me that the auction title, in fact the whole presentation is rather misleading. My first impression was that the whole AJ was for sale. Note how he sidesteps the question about the age of the the crank.

Yes, The Title is extremely deceiving. I did not realize that it was only the crank being auctioned until I read the complete listing !! That crank looks too good to be an original, unless the machine was locked up in a sealed chamber and untouched for the last 110 years !! Just based on how this was presented, I would not touch it with a 12 foot pole. Unless you want a very expensive repro crank !!
