I don't think this grille is in bad shape. It's kind of dirty and needs cleaning, and the cloth isn't all that wonderful but I know some like things left alone. The cloth is original and maybe it can be patched up to look better. The overall dimensions are just shy of 16 ½" wide by 13" tall and the price includes postage here in the US. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Make sure you measure your opening as there are some differences out there.
