$40.00 Empty cabinet VV-XXV (Schoolhouse model) in CA

Post by OrthoFan »

I spotted this today, and thought it may make a good project machine, or a good replacement cabinet for one in not too great condition --

Wrong side of the country for me and I don't have a way to drive to California. Hope one of you gets it. It should take a Victrola motor, right? Serial number is 843 which puts it rather early in production; I believe the motor of an older style VV-XIV goes in.

Awfully nice machine if you have access to a tonearm base, victrola motorboard, and oak horn.
