Book on first principles of Radio

I have a book "Radio a study of first principles" by E. E. Burns copyright, 1928, 132, 1938 Third Edition reprinted May 1942 with water/ stain 1' to1 ⅜" cover page just detectable on page ix. I wonder if it has any value. I am not that into radios but my knowledge is from the one EE course I took as a Mechanical Engineer. I thank you ahead of time for any response.
