can anyone recognize this unknown Edison cylinder?

i was at a flea market a few months back and bought a box of about 25 ( all but one are edison) cylinders. one of those cylinders is a unmarked 1903-1904 gold molded cylinder of a band with an announcement i cant make out. any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Could you post a sound clip of just the announcement? I don't know the melody.

the beginning is pretty moldy and you can just make out edison records at the end of the announcement but that's about it.

It should have the number etched in the dead wax.

the number is visible, but i cant find any record of it on the internet. it is edison gold molded cylinder 12852 and in the foreign issues series.

From Edison Phonograph Monthly (1903) --

EDISON PHONOGRAPH MONTFILV. 3 SPECIAL ADVANCE LIST of British and French-Canadian Selections Edison Gold Moulded Records.
These special British and French-Canadian Records will be ready for shipment, if possible, with the December Records, providing Jobbers' stock orders have been placed prior to November 15. We reserve the right, however, to defer shipment of these Records till á later date should the demand for regular Records make it impossible to manufacture these special selections in time for such shipment.

Special supplements will be issued for these selections and will be forwarded with the Records to such Jobbers as order a supply. Jobbers are requested to order these Records on separate sheets and not on sheets with orders for regular Records or other goods. Retail dealers should place stock orders with the Jobbers at once, to insure prompt shipment as soon as Jobbers' stock is received.

The third tune seems to be the chorus of "just like the ivy" published in 1902

yeah i was thinking it could be a medley of songs
