WTB: Candelabra E12 light socket with switch

Looking for a source or version of the E12 pull chain socket as shown
in the attached photo. It came from a Burns and Pollock lamp. I'm
looking for a suitable replacement that still retains the original look.
It does not have to be pull-chain. A small turn knob would be OK.

Thanks for any info or sources.

Just to clarify, this is not the E26 size which is on the outside of the
lamp and lights under the bowl.

Harry,
If you can find a suitable modern E12 socket, you can disassemble it and put the guts into the original housing. All the ones I have seen are plastic but you may be able to secure them inside the housing with epoxy putty, etc.

If you don't find anything you can repair the original porcelain socket with JB Weld 2 part putty. You just need to secure the original brass interior parts so they can't touch the outer metal shell and cause a short. It may be difficult to find an original period replacement E12 porcelain socket, but if you can, the interior parts can be inserted into your original shell and retain the correct look. Good luck with your project and PM me with any questions.

Another great idea from Curt. I was able to repair the old porcelain sockets and they
work fine.
