* UPDATE * The 2 Victor 18s have been sold as well as the Victor VTLA "Flat Top". There's still 3 very nice machines for sale...
Some are listed on Facebook "Marketplace", some on Craigslist and some just here. I have 2 Victor XVIIIs (18), a Sonora Grand, Early Victor "Flat Top" Talking Machine ~ HAS SOLD!, Columbia "Baby Regent" Table model. Edison Model V with a cabinet. I have others too but please don't ask as these are what I'm going to start with. With the Stanton Auction coming up in about 3 weeks I thought this might be a good time. I'm located just a few blocks off Hwy 20 near Waterloo Iowa. Depending on the situation I might be able to meet on I-80 around Iowa City. I prefer direct email and talking by phone is even better. Give me some time to list these but I'll try to get them all up today. I have sold thousands of antique phonographs and Talking Machines thru the years with great feedback and plan on keeping it that way. I will try my best to point out the faults or shortcomings in any of these and just to start with none of these are perfect, none are mint....EXCEPT the Edison V is as close as it can get to new. They are however all in very good condition and they work well and sound good. My home phone (NO TEXT ) is 319-215-3595 if I don't pick up right away just mention "phonographs" or something like that as like a lot of us I get a lot of spam and scam calls. My direct email is [email protected]. If you try to message me thru just this forum I probably won't see it right away...just saying. PLEASE NOTE : the only way a deal will be made is by talking with me over the phone...I'm just kind of old fashioned that way...and it will also give me a chance to go over condition. And the listing will be marked sold as soon as it's sold.

Victor "Flat Top" Talking Machine ~ $900 ** SOLD **
( No. 2 ) Victor XVIII ~ $1450 (this was just aquired and is the one pictured in the garage) *SOLD*
The VTLA "Flat Top" has original finish and has just had the 3 spring motor completely cleaned and the springs were cleaned with fresh grease applied. It runs smoothly and quietly.
A final note: both Victor XVIIIs are original finish. The lids have a few marks and wear but the cabinets are in excellent condition. I did apply some Howard's Restore which you can see worked beautifully...I do have some Howard's Feed & Wax that I can also apply for a long time protection.
