Here for your consideration is an early Victor D. This one is the earliest variation with the speed control with “wire” handle, Victor Data Plate on a side panel. The original finish is elegant and smooth. The nickel is great. Back bracket great. The grain on the quartersawn horn is fantastic. Round hole reproducer was rebuilt by Wyatt.
Horn has no chips, holes or cracks, with some light crazing on the horn. Metal end is clean and not dented.
Complete label on the bottom, the feet are contemporary replacement from the phonograph shop.
I purchased it from a collector in NH and owned it for 25+ years. If you have thought about owning one of these (who hasn’t) this is a great opportunity at a fair price.
I can deliver to you or your courier at the upcoming Stanton Auction later this month.
Please call, text, email or PM to purchase or additional pictures. Thanks! John Duffy 860-966-2827
