Hello, i was wondering what would be the best way to remove the rust from my Victor II's horn without causing any damage to the paint.
Included are some pictures of where the rust is the worst.
Any help is appreciated.

I'd use some Brasso. It won't remove the rust (I'm not sure anything will without dissolving the paint?) but it contains ammonia which is a rust inhibitor and turns the rust black colour, which in this case would be a distinct advantage! It also will not harm the paint at all. Then just polish the horn with some black boot polish and enjoy it.

You might want to look into Evapo Rust and try it on small inconspicuos area. It is supposed to be safe for most all antique paints and surfaces BUT if there is rust under the paint the paint will lift off, it also removes some antique red paints due to the iron oxide in them.
If you can't find Evapo Rust locally there are other brand names with the same active ingredients. I think most hardware stores carry its equivalent.
