Hi
Can anyone identify this nipper? Its cast iron about 12-16 inches tall - its in an antique shop - owner has no provenance but says its 1930ish. I’ve used numerous search engines and can’t find it. Its expensive enough not to just buy it. Thanks

Is it in the Nipper book?
The following are the same item, and say 1970's

My buddy bought two just like the one in the picture at the same place and both were painted black. I bought one of them for $75 so Im sure he paid less. Based on that fact we assumed they were reproductions made probably in the 70s.
