You may go into any serious print shop with a sample of that and have them make what you want.
There's one near me where she can even print on entire bolts of fabric !

I am not sure if there are any modern reproductions. In this recent thread Alex, kirtley2012, made his own. You may have seen it. I suspect it’s beyond most peoples skills.

The print shop is a good idea.

The original finish was made with small rectangular pieces of paper glued over, so it would be easy to take a model like the photo you posted and print several sheets in a color printer.

The pattern looks like a form of marbling.

Antique book binding/restoration can often marble paper for the end plates inside book covers.

They might be able to reproduce something similar to your sample.

Exactly... You can make your own or there are sellers on Etsy that make it.

The designs are typically one of a kind if you choose handmade (more expensive) or you can buy digital files to print your own. The other choice is to do a high resolution scan of the paper you have and make an exact duplicate... Actually really simple.
