Graphophone BK project. Found in a basement a few years ago, a project I never got around to!

Good things about this machine:
Motor functions. Carriage moves back and forth smoothly, and feed screw properly moves the carriage laterally. Reproducer functions as well. While my horns are in storage, I can play a full two minute cylinder, even if speed regulation is challenging. Even has the original belt. For a basement find, pretty good.

Bad things about this machine:
Bottom of the cabinet has rotted, likely sat in water at some point. The bedplate pinstriping has also worn off in places. Some rust on lid latches and crank. Some light damage to the front decal.

All in all, a good restoration candidate, but certainly a project.
