Nipper Ashtray in Japan

The cost of 3,000 Yen (including taxes) is about $20.69 USD at today's exchange rate. Shipping will be a little expensive.
It is not all that vintage; the katakana script reads,
Victor Stereo (or
bi ku ta tsu te ri o).

Yes. He has been out in the mud or worse. Or there has been a botched glue job.
This one, now sold, was 5,000 Yen.
