Unknown Front Mount Victor ID

To be honest, I bid on this just because of the chance to win a Front Mount machine for cheap. $185 isn't terrible especially with the given parts. However, the dataplate/tag is missing. What machine is this?

You can get a new decal from Greg Cline. Horns and the reproducer turn up from time to time.
