What is this song and who sings it?

I have a brown shellac Perfect record. It is mislabeled and it says that both sides of the record are "When you're far away" by Vernon Dalhart. I have confirmed that one side of the record is correct and is indeed that song, but the other side is a mystery to me. In the shellac on the unknown side, it says "32220 B" but that may not be correct. Here is a link to my record.

Issued by Perfect as 12229, but carried the Pathé Actuelle numbers in the matrices, as you've noted. Issued on Actuelle under the numbers in the deadwax.
