The first article was obviously copy provided to newspapers by Berliner in hopes they'd run it. These articles were probably prepared in anticipation of the upcoming formation of the Berliner Gramophone Company in October 1895.
It's interesting that the articles mention the sales of "...a smaller edition for the use of children..." for $5. These may have been leftover Kammer & Reinhardt machines or perhaps the machine pictured and described in the December 2021 issue of the APS magazine:

It's also interesting that double-sided records were publicly envisioned in these articles.
