Anyone ever see this size horn?

It's 7 ½" long with a 6" outside bell, but the cone body is only 2"D

No markings anywhere, has a crimped end.

Maybe for a toy phonograph?

I had a very similar one that I found on a Columbia BV years ago. The bell had a slightly deeper flare but overall it looked much the same. It was a very good visual fit to that small machine. I rather regret having sold it.

Rene,

A BV is what this horn is on.

I was going to say that's an interesting coincidence, but perhaps it's not. It certainly seems appropriate.
