Make your own Victrola # 2 Reproducer rear rubber flanges / isolators

If you're tired of trying to source rear rubber flanges / isolators for Victrola #2 Reproducers,
here's how I make my own using the red sponge silicone diaphragm gaskets
that I've been selling to the hobby for over 20 years.
Buy a small tube of black silicone and use chunks of the red gaskets super glued to the 4 wings of the old brass insert.
When super glued in the cavity as shown in the photos, the insert is centered and at the correct height.
Then inject the black silicone, insert the two set screws and wipe the top smooth with your finger.
Takes less than 5 minutes to make.
The only drawback is you'll have to wait 72 hours for the black silicone to cure.
