?? International College of Languages 78 rpm Info?

Hi All-- I just acquired a stack of 78 records -- The majority of the stack are "International College of Languages" Spanish lessons-- the "Language Phone Method" -- Altogether I believe there are 28 language records.

I know Dr. Rosenthal was involved with the ICL--and I have seen numerous language cylinders-- but these are the first 78's I've run across. Google search wasn't helpful to me. I'd appreciate any info that could be provided-
And if anyone has an interest in them, please let me know. I'd love to get them into the hands of someone who will appreciate them.
