MordEth's spreadsheets for cylinders and diamond disks

I found the 2009 posts where MordEth kindly attached these spreadsheets. However, after clicking, they say the attachments are no longer available.
I was hoping that MordEth or anyone with access might be willing to make them available again. Does anyone have a working link?
Thanks

Trying to think creatively, did anyone save a copy of these spreadsheets and would be willing to share?
I reached out to MordEth in PM, but haven't heard anything.

LINK # 21 of the APS Website LINKS Section has a downloadable, modifiable Excel Spreadsheet. It can be tailored to your specific needs such as deleting columns or adding columns specific to condition & grading for example.
This is NOT the same 2009 spreadsheet that you referred to.

Does anyone have any idea what an exclamation point, ! , means after coupling number in the diamond disk spreadsheet?
