John, get it! I'd love one, but, alas, it's a tad far from me.

I'm going to Union so I emailed and it was available so I left my phone number and asked for theirs. When I called it was still available but someone was on their way to look at it. I tried calling back but have only reached their voice mail. I figured from Union to Cleveland is a couple of tanks of diesel ($250), a night in a motel ($75), and the cost of the motor and tone arm (about $150), and I'd have a nice machine for around $600 to $700. If I find out that it's still available, I'm heading that direction after Union. Besides that, the Bicycle Museum of America is in Ohio. I call that a Win/Win! Jerry Blais

I have owned one of these which came to the UK as part of the fittings of an Ocean liner - the motor is very unusual indeed, it's a Massive machine with 4 springs ALL providing power at once - a unique arrangement i have never seen anywhere else - most motors work in sequence but not here
I do have a photo and will post as soon as i find it

strangely i found the photos immediately ! The tonearm is the usual "Ultona" but with a gilded arm and plain soundboxes, the motor mounts on a shaped cut - out motorboard
here they are :
