Help identifying an Edison recorder cutter

Hi about a month or so I bought a couple 2 minute recorder bodies that need repair and "new diaphragm and cutter" from some ebay auctions. My goal is to make a working recorder. The diaphragm and cutter are supposed to be from the Gfall collection so I'm guessing it's correct when it's marked new (i know i know but let's just go with it) anyways I have been trying to figure out the cutter it's not really like anything else I'm seeing online or anywhere and wondered if anyone had anything they could tell me about it.
