Beginning in 1942, the American Red Cross (ARC) operated "Clubmobiles" which brought home comforts to USAAF personnel stationed in Britain and later in Europe. Their vehicles were fitted with coffee and doughnut making machines, hence the nickname "Donut Dollies" (American spelling) for the women who operated them.
One can never be 100% sure of the authenticity of gramophones decorated with WW2 slogans etc, but I would give this one the benefit of the doubt.

Odd that it's of the cabinet style that American Columbia was putting out ca. World War I, not World War II, but carries the Viva-Tonal decal inside the lid. Apparently that's correct--I found another one just like it, except for the "Donut Dollies" decor, elsewhere online--but not what I would have expected. So interesting from an "intellectual" point of view, although I'll confess I'm put off by the seemingly AI-generated listing text.

Yes! Very interesting. Here's "Hell's Bells". Those are nose art knicknames for WWII bombers.
"General Ike"
