I have a Victor E its could be a front mount or a rear mount. What I am looking for is the original plug they put in the front mount holes on a rear mount machine. You can see it in this ebay auction

The plug you are talking about is for a Victor M or MS. To the best of my knowledge, there was no plug for a Victor E.
