HMV 102 motorboard parts question

Hello! I picked up a nice HMV 102 recently, and wondered if someone could tell me what the little posts (circled below in blue from an internet photo) are for. Maybe related to a record holder tray? Mine's missing one of them.
Anyone have an extra post? Thanks everyone.
