It is at least a word joke to convert a Solo phone into a record changer. Probably not much lost value wise, at least the cabinet still is there. I personally prefer this over a bile green L-door Victrola.

I thought (at least until a couple showed up on ebay and craigslist) he had the only surviving "art model" sonora... but best not to start that up again.

I can see how some of these things might be a fun project at home, but some things are clearly best kept behind closed doors.

I couldn't see what was wrong until I scrolled down a click. It's so bad I am actually laughing. They fed the new tonearm THROUGH the old reproducer...honestly? LOL

Reminds me of my VV 17 when found with the retrofit stereo system. There should
be criminal penalties for doing that to a helpless phonograph. Heinous!

Here's a good reason to take a screen shot and post it - the Craigslist posting is already gone and the youtube video has a bugle call. Can somebody please describe what this was about? Many thanks!
