The history of Capitol Phonograph Company?

I am supposed to give a talk about my Capitol phonograph lamp soon and realized I have limited
information on the Capitol Phonograph company as far as its history and when it began. Wiki talks
about Capitol records but not the phonograph division. I know they made record players into the 50's
at least.

Burns-Pollock was an electrical manufacturer that made the phono lamp under contract by Capitol correct?

Thanks for any info!

The record company and the (phono)lamp company are unrelated. Capitol records was founded in the early 1940s by Johnny Mercer and a couple of other investors in the music business.
