Yep, born & raised just down the road from the Edison plant. He also had a smaller lab in Menlo Park New Jersey where he invented the light bulb. Not only do we have the "highest taxes" in the nation, we have the most inventions and patents ever filed. (and the biggest Governor - hah hah)
