broken-up Beethoven set on eBay

This appeared on eBay today: http://www.ebay.com/itm/UK-DB-8055-HMV- ... 27c0b06647 The Kreisler Beethoven Sonata Society series - being sold as 32 individual "albums" at $9.99 each.
The seller certainly has the right, I suppose, to sell the records any way he pleases, and an intact set is certainly valuable (but $319.68!!!... ) and some collectors may need one record as a replacement... But it seem such a pity to break up these sets, which are almost worthless as individual records, it seems an unwieldy way to bid on a complete set/sonata - and it still irritates me to hear "album" for "record"! (Irrational though this may be. Still, does the seller call an individual picture an "album"? I wonder what he calls the whole book of pictures?)
Rant over. I feel better now!
