Seems like a real steal!

It says "This listing was ended by the seller because the item was sold."
I've never noticed it worded that way. $280.00 does seem really low for
a real VTLA. The bids were not reversed so does that mean the item was
sold for $280.00??

Of course you can buy a Circasian Walnut model for $19.000!!! This one
looks different than the last Circassian machine. The earlier one was
missing the bottom drawer.

I believe that is one of the choices Ebay gives you when you end an auction early. Probably a behind the scenes deal was made.

Trust me, knowning who this seller is, there's no way that was allowed to sell for $280!

Yep. It is my understanding that "This listing was ended by the seller because the item was sold." means the item was sold outside of eBay and the listing was cancelled. I.e., the $280 was just what the bid was up to at the time the listing was pulled.
